VIVE U trains, teaches, equips, releases, empowers, resources and produces leaders who serve as kingdom ambassadors in all spheres of life: leaders who stand out, stick out, and know too much about the kingdom to live anything less than extraordinary lives. At VIVE U, you will be connected to your future in Christ through the development of tools for ministry in both the classroom and through a practicum. VIVE Students will get a chance to apply what they are learning at VIVE U in real-time with the practicum at VIVE Church. With options of working for the Worship, Production, Creative, Communications, Ministries and Events departments within VIVE, you will hone your skills while getting an inside look at how these world-class teams do ministry.

VIVE University is a ministry of VIVE Church. Southeastern University partners with VIVE Church to offer students degree programs combined with hands-on ministry experience.
Southeastern University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award associate and baccalaureate degrees.

FAQ - Degree Program
HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM & WHAT DO I RECEIVE AT THE END?
To receive an AA or AML degree, you must complete 2 years of credits. To receive a BAML degree, you must complete 4 years of credits. Master’s degree programs have specific requirements that affect how long they take to complete.
WHAT ARE THE CLASSES LIKE AT COLLEGE?
Classes are currently online. Some are live via video and others have content provided. We are looking forward to opening up in-person class options soon.
WHAT ARE THE PRACTICUM OPTIONS?
At VIVE U, there are practicum openings within all of our departments within VIVE, including: Worship, Production, Creative, Communications, Ministries and Events departments.
HOW DO I APPLY?
To apply for VIVE U, complete the application form. You will also be required to submit a brief personal details questionnaire, a personal essay (400-1000 words), 3 short answer questions (200-400 words), and 1 personal recommendation letter. You then need to apply for SEU HERE.
WHAT IS THE APPLICATION FEE?
The application fee for SEU is $40. VIVE U’s degree program application is free.
WHEN WILL I FIND OUT IF I GOT INTO THE COLLEGE?
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. You will find out about your acceptance or denial from the university within one month of your full application being received barring any unforeseen circumstances or barriers.
WILL CREDITS TRANSFER FROM OTHER COLLEGE PROGRAMS?
Credits are transferable from accredited programs only and must be accepted by SEU to be applied towards your degree.

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?
The program is 18 weeks, and you receive a certificate upon successful completion of the program.

Each session includes a video teaching and a time for Q+A at the end led by high level leaders and pastors. Come ready to take notes and ask insightful questions.

The application is free, but the program once accepted is $500.

FAQ - Internships
HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?
VIVE Internships last for a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 4 months. Internships require a 20 hour commitment per week.
WHAT DEPARTMENTS CAN I INTERN IN?
Every department at VIVE Church accepts interns. This includes Apostle Coffee, VIVE Worship, Marketings + Communications, Campus Operations, Film, Production, Fashion, VIVE University, Events, Royal Kids, Vox Gen, VIVE Girl, Brotherhood, Content Creation and Innovation teams.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis for the next cycle of our Internship Program. You will find out about your acceptance or denial within 1 month of your application.
HOW WILL I GROW THROUGH MY INTERNSHIP?
Every internship is individually crafted to provide you with hands-on ministry experience and growth opportunities within your department. You will be given direct staff oversight who will lead and disciple you over the course of your internship. You will also be invited to ‘The Weekly’ - our Tuesday night weekly leadership development training for VIVE U students and interns. You’ll get to learn from our global pastoral team and ask them questions pertinent to your internship and areas of leadership.
